Overview

The Variants section provides a detailed view of all product variations, such as size or color, along with their key inventory and pricing information. While new variants cannot be created directly from this page, you can easily monitor availability, stock levels, and recent purchasing activity. This helps ensure accurate tracking and better management of your product variations.

Viewing Variants

To see your products, click the Inventory tab on the left-hand menu. Then, click Variants. You will see a table listing your products, with the following information about each one:

• Product Name - Name or title of the product.
• Variant Name - Specific variation of the product (e.g., size, color).
• Collection - Category or grouping the product belongs to.
• Supplier - Vendor or provider from whom the product is sourced.
• For Sale - Indicates whether the product or variant is currently available for sale.
• On Hand - Quantity of the product or variant currently in inventory.
• Price - Selling price of the product or variant per unit.
• Currency - Currency in which the product price is listed.
• Last Purchased - Date when the product or variant was most recently purchased.

By clicking the + Add Product button, you may add new products, as outlined in the Products portal guide.
