Features

NetSuite Integration App for MX Merchant

A new NetSuite integration app has been added to the MX Merchant Marketplace. This app enables merchants and ISO partners to initiate onboarding to Salora directly from MXC. Once activated, merchant details are automatically submitted to Salora. The app is listed alongside QuickBooks Sync and includes hover tooltips, detailed descriptions, and a “Notify Sales Representative” button to trigger sales case creation—mirroring the existing Landlord Station integration flow.

Enhancements

APM Integration for MXM Boarding API

The MX Merchant Boarding API now supports Application Performance Monitoring (APM) through Elastic’s Node.js APM package. This enhancement improves service observability by emitting performance events that align with PRTH's monitoring standards. The team evaluated using the @pps/vortex-api library but opted for direct integration to avoid dependency issues, ensuring consistent monitoring coverage.

Bugs and Fixes

Invoice Cancellation Error with Inventory Items

Resolved a bug in the MX Invoice and Retail App Inventory modules that caused invoice cancellations to fail when inventory items were present, especially in scenarios involving voided same-day payments. This fix standardizes cancellation behavior for all item types, adds better error logging, and follows documented procedures to ensure reliability and accuracy in invoice management.

Broken Statement URL in Notification Email

Fixed an issue where the statement link in the "NewStatement" notification email led to a broken page. Merchants were redirected only after clicking the logo, causing confusion. The link now navigates directly to the correct statement page, providing a more seamless experience.
